Since Nobian became an independent company in 2021, we have successfully continued to build our business and started to shape our culture by introducing the Nobian values of Care, Excellence, Ownership and Safety. As part of the next steps, we asked our employees for their opinions and commitment in our first employee engagement survey: Your voice counts!
The survey covered a wide range of topics including leadership, development, strategy, safety and the workplace. All employees were invited to complete the questionnaire and make their voices heard. This achieved an overall response rate of 79%. The survey results were shared within teams, key findings were discussed and action plans were developed to further improve our business. Our next employee engagement survey took place in May 2024, with an even higher response rate of 82%.
