Our Business Partner Code of Conduct applies to our distributors, resellers, business partners or anyone else working for Nobian through a third party contract. We only do business with business partners who adopt and adhere to the ethical business standards and values set out in our Business Partner Code of Conduct.

Nobian is committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We therefore create an environment where our employees, business partners and others who work for Nobian are encouraged to speak up if they see  or experience behavior that violates the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.

In situations where they prefer to make an anonymous report in confidence, they can use our SpeakUp! line, which is hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information provided, either by phone or via the web service, is sent to us on a completely confidential and anonymous basis, should this be preferred. Complaints are investigated by our Legal team, with the assistance of internal or external experts as necessary.
