To realize our ambition to Grow Greener Together and become truly sustainable, we measure ourselves against a concrete and challenging set of KPIs and targets. All targets are based on one of our three sustainability pillars: Climate, Circular and Care. Each pillar consists of three focus areas with specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. These are shown in the table below.

Progress against the KPIs is reported quarterly to the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors' Corporate Responsibility Committee. Sustainability KPIs and targets are reviewed and updated when applicable.
