Your role is to provide first line technical support to the maintenance team. You take the lead when challenges arise, and are clean and concise when giving your advice. Working together with your colleagues, you realize the optimal solution. Your technical skills allow you to elaborate your choices to the technicians, your peer engineers as well as management.

At the same time you follow the work processes, identifying and implementing improvements along the way. Being the technical specialist within the maintenance group you deliver opportunities to increase reliability and maintainability of plant equipment. 

Do you consider yourself as a problem solver and do you enjoy collaborating with colleagues both inside and outside the plant. Further to this you recognize yourself in the following points:

• BSc level  -  preferably mechanical, industrial engineering
• 3+ years’ relevant experience within a technical environment
• Communication skills to serve various levels, in Dutch and English
